The Shuttle X500V All-In-One nettop
Long time portable desktop pc maker Shuttle has brought a new nettop all-in-one to the mraket called the X500V. The X500v is powered by a dual core 1.6GHz Intel Atom 330 CPU, 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive and instead of the ubiquitous Windows OS, this Shuttle runs OpenSUSE 11.1 Linux.
The small all-in-one computer measures about 15.4″ 12.9″ x 1.4″ and has a 15.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel touchscreen display, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet, and 5 USB ports. It costs about 500 Euros in Europe but we don’t know about pricing and availability in the States yet.
