ASRock announced a new HTPC nettop today (shown at CeBIT 2010 earlier this year) called the Core 100HT series. It’s based on Intel’s Calpella platform for processing and graphics. There’s a remote (built-in IR), USB 3.0, low noise (just under 25 dB) and lots of audio technologies featured. According to Asrock, HD playback should only take up about CPU 1 – 3% of the CPU.
